CDTC provides services, training, technical assistance, and resources to students and professionals working with and for children. In doing so, we help promote professionalism and high quality early care and education programs that benefit California’s children and families.
Meeting the demand for a prepared early childhood workforce
The demand for trained early care and education workers has continued to increase over time. CDTC supports the demand for course work by providing financial assistance to students enrolling in college classes needed to obtain a Child Development Permit.
